When a customer arrives at your business, open the Redeem tab on your dashboard. Scan their QR code or enter their voucher code manually. The system instantly validates it — confirming it's genuine, unused, and belongs to the correct deal. One tap and it's marked as redeemed.

If your business uses a POS system, you can redeem CubeDeals vouchers straight from the till — no dashboard touch needed. Cubedeals integrates with GAAP POS, WIGroup, and Oracle MICROS / Simphony. Set up is one-time: paste your CubeDeals endpoint URL into your POS back-office, and every cashier scan validates and redeems in real time. The customer presents their QR code; the terminal shows "Voucher valid — R[value] applied" in under a second.

Your exact rate sits between 20% and 30% depending on your deal category and volume. New merchants are typically onboarded at 25%. Your account manager will confirm your rate during setup — and as your volume grows, better rates become available.

Commission is deducted
A platform fee of 20–30% is applied to the sale. Your net earnings — the remaining amount — are recorded and added to your payout balance immediately. Every deduction is itemised and visible in your dashboard.
