The merchant lands on the signup page and enters their email, business name, location, and contact info. The portal unlocks immediately — no waiting, no calls.

Merchant fills in the Deal Builder: title, category, location, price, full value, images, description, available slots, and optional pricing tiers (Individual · Couples · Group).

Merchant hits Publish Deal. The offer appears on the Cubedeals marketplace right away. Customers can discover, view, and buy immediately. Drafts can be saved for later.

A customer purchases the deal and receives a unique voucher with a QR code. The merchant's dashboard updates in real time: vouchers sold, revenue earned, and remaining slots with a live progress bar.

When the customer arrives, the merchant opens the Redeem tab, scans the QR code or enters the voucher code manually. The system validates it instantly — genuine, unused, correct deal — then marks it redeemed.

For merchants on a supported POS system, vouchers can be redeemed straight from the till — no dashboard needed. Cubedeals integrates with GAAP POS, WIGroup, and Oracle MICROS / Simphony. One-time setup: paste the CubeDeals endpoint into your POS back-office. Every cashier scan then validates and redeems in real time, under a second.

Earnings are tracked automatically in the Payouts section. Merchant views their balance, full transaction history, and requests a transfer to their bank. Commission (20–30%) is itemised per sale. Export CSV for accounting.
